Some changes are clearly good and others are clearly not good, and yet other changes seem good to some people and bad to others.
- The system is more proportional (a good thing).
- British Columbia will have larger districts (not good).
- Ballots will have more candidates (maybe good, maybe not).
- There will be fewer majority governments (maybe good, maybe not).
- The YES campaign hopes for many other good results.
- The NO campaign fears many other bad results.
